Frequently asked questions
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. They open your link, pick a time and leave a first name and a number. No app, no account.
Do messages go out on their own?
No. Tor writes the confirmation and the reminder, and you send them from your phone, by text, WhatsApp or email. Nothing goes out without you.
What if two people want the same time?
Only one gets it, even if both book at the same moment. The other sees straight away that the time was just taken and picks another.
Does Tor suit my trade?
If you work by appointment, yes: beauty, health, lessons, sport, coaching and many more. You choose your trade when you sign up, and the app uses your words.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, whenever you like: your clients, their visits and your services, in a file that opens in Excel.
What about health declarations?
If your work calls for one, your client signs it while booking. It is stored apart and never used for a promotion.
